Southern Fried Snark

If y’all read my personal blog, you know that I’m starting a pretty big endeavor in the beginning of March.  It’s a whole new thing, so more than anything, I think I should start with WHOLE NEW HAIR.

I need some advice.

I mentioned in a post last week that I’m pretty much coveting Kelly Osborne’s hair (Tiger Wood’s Mistress’s Hair? not so much).  I’m coveting it enough to kind of copy it.  And by “kind of”, I mean “yeah, totally make me look like Kelly Osborne”.

AGAIN, I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD UTTER THIS PHRASE.

But I really like her hair!  It’s cute!  And refined!  And versatile!

So I think I’m going to do that. (Welcome to the hell that is my husband’s life; I spend more time obsessing about my hair than should be allowed.) Now here’s the question:

WHAT COLOR SHOULD I GO?

Note that I’m a redhead at heart (not at root), so something within that shade family is required.  (Red highlights are permitted as that portion.)

• Apparently Ellen is demanding quite the wardrobe allowance for American Idol.  $150K is the alleged amount.  Dude…How many pairs of Chuck Taylors will that buy you???

• Katy Perry turned down a $1 million offer to design a line of shoes with Steve Madden.  She is too busy.

• Courtney Love on the cover of Spin magazine.  She looks like an Olsen twin. Oh and FYI she isn’t suicidal.

• Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are engaged.  Looks like he is making an honest woman of her.

• Lorne Michaels are you listening????? Betty White says she would totally host SNL!  (She would require a no nudity clause.)(and so would we.)

• Kelly Osbourne is looking hot.  Really.  Look at the picture. Why would I lie?   Told ya.

• Sarah and I are going shopping for fake hair this weekend.  I KNOW!
